This policy will cover all information hosted by this site, however, the distinction should be made between the information hosted and 3rd party vendors. This website is private owned and managed by Linden Fund USA/LFU Guyana Inc. The information hosted on this site has been provided through publicly held sources, billboards and social media posts.  The vendors hosted (tour companies, restaurants and all accommodations) are external to the Linden Fund USA/LFU Guyana Inc. These organisations may separately collect personal and financial information for the purposes of booking a service. This privacy statement does not cover any of these transactions or companies. 

Information Collected

Travellers who sign up to our newsletters or submit contact forms are required to provide some form of contact details for the purposes of providing feedback. Where applicable, some 3rd party vendors may partner with Linden Fund USA/LFU Guyana Inc. to complete bookings and other services. In these instances only information necessary for the completion of the booking will be collected. 

Information Storage, Use and Security

All information collected will be store in  a Linden Fund USA/LFU Guyana Inc. secure repository. This repository is located on a secured device and is only accessed by staff connected with the Website. Information stored will never be shared with any external agency without your express consent. Copies of information collected will be retained by Linden Fund USA/LFU Guyana Inc. This information can be deleted from our servers permanently or a copy provided as requested by the owner.

The safety of your information will always remain a  top priority of our team.
